The holidays can present a special challenge for people who are grieving. Last month our grief care team presented their holiday workshop with tips and suggestions to help make the holidays easier.

If you a grieving a loss, or if you know someone who is preparing to spend the holidays without their loved one for the first time, these videos will highlight some of the challenges you might face, how to anticipate them, work through them, and be kind to yourself in the process. Whether you watch just one topic, or watch all five, hope you’ll find this series helpful.
