Care Center
Our Care Center facility provides a beautiful, home-like alternative for patients who are unable to remain at home. In addition to offering around-the-clock care, our Care Center was designed with patient and family comfort in mind, featuring family gathering areas, peaceful views of nature, and calming space for spiritual reflection.

For the Patient
Our expert hospice team provides pain control and symptom management, personal care, social work services, spiritual care, and additional therapies. All meals are prepared by our dietary staff. Volunteers are also available to offer companionship and assistance as desired.
Each of our 32 patient rooms are private, with a private restroom, adjustable bed, closet space, and seating for six visitors. Large picture windows offer views of our scenic grounds, including welcoming gardens and paved walking paths.
Our home care patients may visit the Care Center for temporary stays as well, such as for respite or advanced symptom control.
