Frank Soltys began his new role as Angela Hospice’s Senior Ministry Advisor in 2023, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in leading and operating programs such as Medicare certified home health, hospice, hospital-based skilled nursing facilities, and other senior programs.
Most recently, Frank was the President/CEO of Felician Village, a role he began in 2013, where he oversaw the Life Plan Community’s skilled nursing facility, assisted living units, dementia programs, and much more. Throughout his entire career he’s held senior level executive positions with both freestanding and acute based senior living organizations.
Frank – who received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and a master’s in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University – has been a featured speaker for state and national arenas, where he discusses strategic and operational issues in Life Plan Communities and senior services. He’s currently an adjunct professor for Healthcare Studies at Southeastern Missouri State University, as well as a Fellow of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy program for senior living executives.
