Office Assistant

Department: Care Center
Reports to: Director of Inpatient Services
Starting Rate: $20/hour

We’re looking for an Office Assistant who shares this vision.

Your Opportunities

  • Stocks and maintain supply inventory in Care Center Wings (A/B/C).
  • Monitors and reports expirations/low supply for main supply cache.
  • Copies, collates, and creates the admission packets for the Care Center and for Home Care.
  • Participates in the admission sign-on process with patients and families by preparing admission documents for new admissions, obtaining signatures, uploading, and filing paperwork in paper chart and EMS.
  • Supports pre-admission preparation for admissions.
  • Assists with concierge coverage, when needed.
  • Participates in conducting Care Center tours.
  • Assists with the coordination of private family gatherings.
  • Promotes culture of hospitality.

      What You Bring

      • High School degree required, Associates preferred

      • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field

      • Excellent organization and time management skills

      • Excellent reading, writing, and grammar skills

      • Proficient computer knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office

      • Excellent skills: communication, both verbal and written, problem solving, and interpersonal
