Kathryn Stanton joined the Angela Hospice team in 2022 as Patient Support and On-Call Clinical Manager, before transitioning into the role of Home Care Clinical Manager. With her promotion to Director of Home Care Clinical Services in 2025, she supports and oversees the home care team, including field staff, the patient support center, and on-call teams.
After earning her nursing degree from Henry Ford Community College, she spent ten years working in a hospital setting between women’s health, med-surg, and labor and delivery, before going on to pursue her calling as a hospice nurse. She worked previously with Seasons Hospice, Heartland Hospice, and Odyssey Hospice.
Nursing is a second career for Kathryn following a career in law enforcement, where she worked as a road deputy for Washtenaw County. She holds a Bachelor of Sociology from Western Michigan University.
