Karen Cafeo has been with Angela Hospice since 2010, spending three years as an RN Case Manager in Home Care before joining the Quality Outcomes/Education team, eventually leading the team as Director of Quality Systems. In June 2024, Karen transitioned to the role of Director of Patient Access, overseeing the call center and admissions teams.. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University, and holds certifications in Hospice and Palliative Care, and in Health Care Quality. Karen is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, and the National Association of Health Care Quality, and is active with the Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association, serving in various committee positions.
