Danielle Sawdon is a certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She previously worked in primary care and hospice settings before joining the Angela Palliative Care team in 2024. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Danielle was a critical care nurse for nine years. Her experience working with older adults in critical care helped solidify her interest in caring for the aging population and supporting patients in their healthcare goals.
Danielle earned her Master of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
