Justin Muhlenkamp has been serving as a nurse at Angela Hospice since 2017, first as an Admit Float nurse in the Home Care Department, then as Clinical Informatics Coordinator. In October 2020, Justin was promoted to Clinical Informatics Manager, leading the development of workflow processes within the electronic health records system, as well as training team members. In this role he worked to improve both system efficiency and user experience, while ensuring adherence to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regulations. In June 2024, Justin was promoted to Director of Quality and Education, overseeing the Education, Quality, Medical Records, and Informatics teams.
Justin holds his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Ohio, and is certified in Hospice and Palliative Nursing. He also serves as the Quality and Regulatory Committee Chair for the Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association.
