As a hospice we are required to participate in the Hospice Quality Reporting Program, where we report on data that families have sent in about their experience with Angela Hospice, providing feedback on everything from how their loved one was treated to the emotional support provided.
This information is then used on Care Compare, a platform for those looking to use hospice for a loved one, and we are very excited to officially announce that Angela Hospice is a 4-star hospice with Care Compare!
Over the last two years our team has worked diligently to increase our star rating and we would not have been able to do so without every single one of our team members, who all have the hospice heart and bring it to everything they do for our patients and their loved ones.
From our entire administrative team to those in our Care Center, and to the social workers, aides, and nurses who are out in the field, thank you for the work you continue to do each day.
