The loss of a loved one can be overwhelming. Angela Hospice’s bereavement social workers are here to assist families and friends in understanding and coping with the range of emotions that follow a death.
Group and individual support services are offered for children and adults. These services are available at no charge to anyone in the community experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one.
Individual Support: Grief support, education, and counseling are offered to assist in coping with the death of a loved one. While feelings of grief are normal, handling them can be difficult and painful. Please call (866) 464-7810 to schedule an appointment.
Grief Support Groups: Support groups allow individuals the opportunity to learn about the grief process as well as to benefit from talking with others. For a complete listing of current groups, please visit our Support Groups Calendar or call our bereavement office at (866) 464-7810.
Memorial Services: Memorial services are offered to honor the memory of Angela Hospice patients. These non-denominational services provide a special time for family and friends to remember and commemorate their loved ones.
