Special 1-Day Training for Waterford Volunteers

Volunteers are truly the heart of Angela Hospice! They make valuable contributions in all aspects of our program, supporting the mission of Angela Hospice as we work together to care for families coping with illness and loss.

At our Waterford Care Center, volunteers can help with:
• Providing COMPANIONSHIP and support to patients and their families.
• Offering SPIRITUAL COMPANIONSHIP and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Conducting WE HONOR VETERANS PINNING CEREMONIES through our veteran-to-veteransupport program.
• Making PET THERAPY VISITS to patients and their families. (Certified Pet Therapy teams only please.)
• Providing MUSIC COMPANIONSHIP in our inpatient unit.
