Let’s Talk: Episode 2, Hook/Me/Up

February 24, 2022

Listen now

On this second episode of “Let’s Talk,” a series from the Angela Hospice African American Church Empowerment Project, you’ll hear a conversation about end-of-life care and the use of feeding tubes.

The African American Church Empowerment Project seeks to address disparities in end-of-life care. Through this outreach program, Angela Hospice offers free presentations for African American churches, either in-person or via Zoom, to equip community members with the information they need to better navigate care and decisions at end of life.

The 5–session training comes complete with a catered meal for in-person trainings. Meals for virtual trainings are available via gift cards.
